6.5.2 Accessories cleaning

· Procedure
To clean the maniple(s), proceed with the following methods:
BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE DEVICE CLEANING:
· SET THE SWITCH BUTTON ON “OFF”.
· REMOVE THE POWER CABLE FROM IO S21
DO NOT USE CHEMICAL SOLVENTS OR ABRASIVE PRODUCTS TO AVOID DAMAGEMENTS TO
THE COMPONENTS OF IO S21.
DO NOT SPILL WATER INTO IO S21 AND/OR ITS ELECTRIC COMPONENTS.
DO NOT USE CHEMICAL SOLVENTS OR ABRASIVE PRODUCTS TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE HANDLES, CABLES, ELECTRODES, PLATES AND BANDS.

NOTE
In the practice commitment of the equipment for the aesthetics is necessary to treat the disinfection of the contaminated devices and potential vectors of diseases of various kinds.
The cleaning of the head of the device is extremely important and must be done after every single application. Gel or cream leftovers that desiccate could produce bacteria or mould. In addition, it could limit
the correct functioning of the mechanic components built-in the head.
I. At the end of the treatment, clean the maniple with a convenient product. In particular, the nozzle of the maniple must be cleaned, while the equipment is turned off, with a soft cloth that has been
soaked in a disinfectant solution for medical use.

I. Observe the instructions of the producer of the cleaning and disinfectant products and make sure
that the active principles are compatible.
